The minimum required down payment is $3,000 – $5,000 , depending on the location, with financing available, to start a cleaning franchise with JAN-PRO. Whether you have cleaning experience or not, all new franchise owners must complete our comprehensive training program. The typical training period is around 5 sessions, and the hours vary depending on your location. We will also guide you on the equipment and supplies you will need to get started. A JAN-PRO franchise does not require you to invest heavily in equipment.
