Our standard program uses hospital-grade, low-odour products that disinfect effectively while helping maintain a comfortable environment for clients. Where your business uses particular finishes, natural materials or sensitive equipment, product requirements can be written into your scope of work.

WORKING AROUND YOUR BOOKINGS

Salons and spas keep hours that do not suit a standard cleaning schedule. Evenings run late, weekends are the busiest days, and a Monday closure is common.

Most of our salon and spa clients are cleaned after close or before opening, with the deeper work such as floor care and treatment room detailing scheduled on the quietest day of the week. If you close on a particular day, that is usually where periodic work belongs. The schedule is built around your booking pattern rather than ours.

WHAT SALON AND SPA CLEANING COSTS

Salons and spas are usually smaller than the other facilities we clean, so the price is driven less by floor area and more by how many stations and treatment rooms there are, and how detailed the work needs to be.

• Stations and treatment rooms: Each one is cleaned individually, so this matters more than square footage.
• Frequency: Some salons will need daily or near-daily service, while others may only need two to three visits a week.
• Scope: Standard service covers floors, washrooms, stations, mirrors and reception. Floor refinishing, upholstery cleaning and deep treatment room work are quoted separately.
• Hours: Cleaning after close is standard and priced accordingly.
